Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years as a server in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• MS Office familiarity (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Touch Bistro desirable.
• Excellent guest service, strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Physical ability to bend, twist, stand long, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Serving It Right certification mandatory; Food Safe certification asset.
• Fluent English conversational; Canada work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Closing Duties: Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards, handle payments responsibly, and assist with closing duties, including resetting tables and areas for the next service.

• Service Excellence: Exceptional guest service skills, strong communication in English (verbal and written), and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, twist, stand for long periods, and lift to 25 pounds while performing job duties.
• Certifications: Serving It Right certification is mandatory; Food Safe certification is a strong asset.
• Fluent English Conversational
• Work authorization in Canada is required.
