Qualifications

• Experience as a server in a fast‑paced restaurant is preferred.
• Safe Serve certification or willingness to obtain.
• Dependable with the ability to work scheduled shifts and indicate availability.
• Training provided for certifications if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating and waitlists.
• Provide attentive service with menu recommendations.
• Ensure order accuracy and address guest inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain a clean dining area upholding the restaurant's reputation for quality.
• Operate the POS system to process orders and payments.
• Assist with reservations and coordinated seating arrangements.
• Monitor dining area for readiness and guest flow.
• Communicate with team to ensure smooth service.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding policies and bookings.
• Follow health and safety rules.
