The Cook at Mamaqtuq is responsible for preparing and cooking meals in accordance with established recipes and standards, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality food service in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Reporting to the Chef or Kitchen Manager, the Cook ensures that meals are prepared efficiently, safely, and to the satisfaction of customers. This role involves setting up workstations, managing food supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. The Cook also supports inventory control and adheres to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Cook positions are scheduled across multiple shifts. While the current shift structure is outlined below, please note that it may be adjusted based on operational needs. Applicants must be available to work a combination of the following shifts:
