Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant in Calgary to support the Front of House team. Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, you will verify mise en place, maintain cleanliness, and assist with food running while upholding O&B presentation standards.

This full-time role requires a valid Smart Serve certification, 6 months to 1 year in a fast-paced restaurant, weekend/evening/holiday availability, and a strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Valid Smart Serve Certification is required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
• High attention to detail and professional urgency.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with food running and ensuring proper mise en place.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and dining area.
• Coordinate with Servers and Hosts to maximize seating.
• Ensure condiments are stocked and fridges stocked with milk, cream, butter, etc.
• Follow all food safety standards and systems.
• Handle guest questions about food and services as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
