Qualifications

• Welcoming guests and managing interactions with professionalism.
• Ability to take and relay reservations accurately by phone, text and in person.
• Maintain clean, organized host stand and assist servers as needed.
• Capable of handling cash transactions and processing payments.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and hold Smart Serve Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the host stand and reservations.
• Seat guests and balance sections; inform servers of arriving tables.
• Assist with takeout and curbside pickup orders as needed.
• Support servers with running food and maintaining clean tables.
• Handle payments and assist guests with billing when necessary.
