Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced SEO Manager for urgent care accounts to own the technical roadmap, content priorities, and ranking narrative. You will drive audits, on-page optimization, and AI-assisted content workflows with writers and AI tools.

You will work remotely with US and international clients, coordinating with the GA4/Screaming Frog toolset, and delivering quarterly roadmaps and performance reports. Strong multi-location SEO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: audits and fixes performed personally.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Manager, Urgent Care you own search for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
