Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Manager to own search strategies for urgent care clients. You will steer technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking narratives, collaborating with writers and AI to deliver impactful results.

This remote role focuses on US/Canada and multi-location needs with a strategic voice at the table. You should bring 3+ years of hands-on SEO, strong tool fluency, and agency experience, plus clear English for live client calls.

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO, with audits and fixes performed independently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Agency experience managing multiple client projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with multi-location/local SEO strategies is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content prioritization with writers/AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search, plus traditional organic results.
• Manage local and multi-location SEO and client reporting in GA4 and Search Console.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Manager, Urgent Care you own search for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
