Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Strategist in Workplace Advisory for our Toronto, ON team. You will lead medium-to-large client engagements in Workplace Strategy, Change Management, and User Experience, delivering complex analyses and meaningful recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture / interior design, Social Sciences, or Business (or CoreNet MCR).
• 6+ years of relevant Workplace Advisory or CRE experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver medium-to-large client engagements.
• Perform complex analysis related to Workplace Strategy, Change Management, and User Experience.
• Develop recommendations and contribute to client reports and presentations.
• Engage with clients during research, co-facilitating interviews and workshops.
• Present findings and recommendations to project and client teams.
• Assist in preparing proposals and marketing materials.
