Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Workplace Solutions Manager in Toronto to serve as the prime contact for client Business Units and interface between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams. You will oversee occupancy management, workspace planning, drawing management, interior design activities, and workplace change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4 year Interior Design, Architecture or Project Management Degree or equivalent diploma with minimum 7-10 years of corporate experience.
• Experience in corporate real estate groups, professional services, or design firms.
• Knowledge of local Building Code plus safety and accessibility standards is an asset.
• Experience with workplace furniture projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Foster executive-level client relationships across business units related to workplace solutions.
• Consult with clients to determine needs, budget and timelines for spaces or projects.
• Validate occupancy of existing spaces with BU representatives and coordinate MAC delivery teams.
• Develop occupancy planning and drawing outputs with cross-functional stakeholders; ensure alignment with delivery capability.
• Provide weekly project status updates and conduct audits of architectural conditions and drawings.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Security and facilities teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
