Job summary

Colliers International in Toronto, ON is seeking a Senior Strategist, Workplace Advisory to lead and deliver complex client engagements in the areas of Workplace Strategy, Change Management, and User Experience. You will organize materials, develop recommendations, and present findings to client teams and Colliers project teams.

The role requires 6+ years in Workplace Advisory or CRE, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and workshops.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture / interior design, Social Sciences, or Business.
  • CoreNet MCR is a plus.
  • 6+ years of Workplace Advisory or CRE experience.
  • Strong analysis and data interpretation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver medium-to-large client engagements with high client satisfaction.
  • Organize materials, develop recommendations, and contribute to client reports and presentations.
  • Engage with clients during research, co-facilitate interviews, and lead workshops or presentations.
  • Perform complex analysis on workplace strategy, change management, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with teams across locations and assist in preparing proposals and marketing materials.

The Senior Strategist is responsible for performing complex analysis and problem-solving tasks related to the following practice areas: Workplace Strategy, Workplace Change Management, and User Experience. The role entails organizing materials, developing recommendations, and contributing to client reports and presentations.Engage with the client during the research process, co-facilitating interviews, leading or participating in workshops, focus groups and/or presentations.Performs complex analysis and problem solving on projects (some examples include workplace anthropology studies, employee experience, workplace transformation, hybrid work models/programs, organizational analysis, real estate density and/or occupancy planning & analysis).Collaborates on project assignments with teams in multiple locations, in-person and remotely.Presents findings, analysis and recommendations to Colliers project teams and client teams in a clear and concise manner.Collaborates with project teams on a wide range of assignments and participates in multiple types of client engagements.Participates in preparation of RFPs/proposals, marketing efforts and assists in closing of sales, including preparation of marketing materials.What you bring:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture / interior design, Social Sciences, or Business. (or CoreNet MCR)6+ years of relevant Workplace Advisory or CRE experience requiredWell-developed interpersonal skills, including listening, diplomacy, discretion, confidentiality and the ability to influence decisionsStrong analysis capabilities are essential; accuracy and precision are a must.Logical and consistent approach to data collection, recording and monitoring.Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop.)Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations to client needs.Strong organizational skills creating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:Area/Location Specif ic: Toronto , ONApproximate Salary Range for Role: $91,437 to $125,000Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
