Job summary

Toronto Community Housing (TCHC) is seeking a Workplace Investigator to join the People and Culture division. This full‑time permanent role focuses on investigating allegations of misconduct, harassment and other workplace concerns in a trauma‑informed, fair and confidential manner.

You will conduct intake, planning, interviews, evidence collection and reporting, applying anti‑racist and equity‑oriented practices.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Criminology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate workplace issues, including intake, planning, interviews, evidence gathering and reporting.
• Apply equity and human rights principles throughout investigations.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders as needed, including authorities and legal counsel.
