Job summary

Raise is hiring a Workforce Software Functional Consultant to support our client’s Time & Attendance environment. You will troubleshoot complex issues, refine pay and scheduling rules, and ensure integration with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll across operations.

Role requires 5+ years with Workforce Software, strong SQL skills, and experience with payroll integrations. Collaboration with HR, IT, and Payroll teams is essential; remote work is not specified.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years configuring Workforce Software (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Pay Rules).
• Minimum 3-5 years SQL experience and building complex formulas in workforce tools.
• Experience supporting end-to-end payroll integrations and WFM ecosystems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across HR, Payroll, IT.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Pay Rules.
• Triage and resolve Tier 2/3 tickets and backlog requests within SLA.
• Integrate with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll.
• Collaborate with Business Operations, HR, Payroll, and IT to translate needs into configurations.
• Document configurations, workflows, and provide knowledge transfer.
