Job summary

CN is seeking an experienced disability claims professional to manage end-to-end claims and Return-to-Work programs. The role requires strong knowledge of provincial WCB policies and experience with federally regulated employers, with duties spanning intake, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders.

You will process new claims in SAP within 24 hours, monitor treatment plans, and coordinate accommodations, while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely resolution of complex cases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in disability management or workers' compensation.
• Experience in workplace accommodation and return-to-work planning.
• Knowledge of provincial workers' compensation legislation and policies.
• Experience with federally regulated employers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of disability claims and return-to-work programs.
• Review and process new claims in SAP within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with provincial WCB and stakeholders on case progress.
• Maintain comprehensive claim files and monitor progress.
• Represent CN in proceedings and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to financial performance.
