Job summary

Next Ventures is partnering with a Montreal-based client to hire a Senior HRIS Workday Advisor, supporting the HRIS team and the broader business. You will lead Workday configuration, maintenance, and ongoing improvements across units and locations.

Collaborating with HR, IT, and Operations, you will optimize processes, strengthen data integrity,enhance reporting, and drive automation and system enhancements. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday configuration, implementation, and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, and Security.
• Experience gathering requirements and recommending process improvements.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Be the Workday SME for HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, Security, and EIB data loads.
• Support configuration, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday functionality.
• Gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend technology-enabled solutions.
• Lead data gathering, testing, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Ensure data accuracy through audits and reporting.
