Job Title: Workday Functional / Techno Functional Consultant

This job is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking for a Workday Functional / Techno Functional Consultant immediately with expertise in Workday business processes, BIRT, dashboards and Workday integrations.

Job duties/accountabilities

• Support resolution of backlog tickets related to Workday system changes and enhancements.
• Configure and optimize Workday business processes as per evolving business needs.
• Develop and maintain standard and custom reports (BIRT, dashboards, analytic).
• Manage Workday security configurations, including roles, domains, and access control.
• Support and troubleshoot Workday integrations (inbound/outbound, APIs, EIBs, etc.).
• Perform impact analysis and implement system changes with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Provide production support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
