Job summary

Workday is actively seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management experience to join our Professional Services team, focusing on mid-to-large enterprise clients in North America. You will deliver targeted product demonstrations, craft detailed implementation designs, and help close opportunities by translating business needs into digital transformation visions.

Ideal candidates have strong HCM knowledge, cloud-based HCM experience, and a background in presales or sales

Qualifications

5+ years HR domain expertise in Core HR, Talent, Recruitment or Learning.
3+ years of experience with cloud-based HCM applications.
3+ years in presales or sales consulting.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
Create design and implementation specifications for complex products and solutions.
Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions about our solution, services, and training.
Contribute to qualification of opportunities, demonstration criteria, POC builds and sales plans.
Support sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
Assist sales in responding to RFIs.
Participate in discovery sessions with sales to understand pain points and ideal future state.
Use in-depth HCM knowledge to provide technical expertise through presentations and demos.
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
