Job summary

CSA Group invites a Senior Workday Analyst, HCM & Financials, to lead configuration, integrity, security, and continuous improvement of the Workday platform across FIN and HCM.

You will own the Workday roadmap, manage security, environments, and reporting, and partner with Finance, HR, IT, and auditors to ensure controls and compliance.

The role is hybrid in Canada, requires 6-8+ years ERP Workday experience, and offers a pathway to impact safety and sustainability through global standards work.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Workday Financials and HCM.
• Knowledge of governance, audits, and security.
• Ability to manage releases and testing.
• Familiarity with AI and automation in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert for Workday Financials and HCM.
• Owns Workday roadmap and backlog with cross-functional partners.
• Ensures compliance with accounting standards and audits.
• Manages Workday security, tenants, and access reviews.
• Develops and maintains custom reports and dashboards.
• Leverages AI tools to streamline workflows.
