Job summary

WestCreek Homes in Calgary, AB, is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to manage post-occupancy and annual service for homeowners. This in-person role requires strong organization, teamwork, and customer-facing skills to guide field technicians and coordinate with trade vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all post-occupancy and annual service with homeowners.
• Schedule post-occupancy work with trade vendors to completion.
• Track and moderate all outstanding tasks.
• Communicate and assist field technicians with service appointments and tasks.
• Populate and maintain service tickets, spreadsheets and software.
• Attend regular meetings to review service progress.
• Provide regular reporting to management.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

The qualified candidate for the position will require the following:

• Own transportation
• Professional in appearance and conduct
• Ability to multi task and work in a team environment
• Very organized and detailed in all aspects
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and experience in Build Pro a strong asset
• Confident to grow and work in a team environment
• Minimum 3 years experience in warranty.
