Job summary

WestCreek Homes in Calgary is seeking a Senior Warranty Coordinator to join our growing team. You will manage post-occupancy and annual warranty service, coordinate with trade vendors, and maintain clear service tickets and reports to support timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of warranty experience, is highly organized, proficient with Microsoft Office, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment. A reliable transportation option is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in warranty.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Build Pro experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to multitask in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all post occupancy and annual warranty service with homeowners.
• Schedule post occupancy work with trade vendors to completion.
• Track and moderate all outstanding tasks.
• Communicate and assist field technicians with service appointments and tasks.
• Populate and maintain service tickets, spreadsheets and software.
• Attend regular meetings to review service progress.
• Provide regular reporting to management.
• Complete other duties at management's discretion.

Roles and Responsibilities

Below is a list of the key responsibilities:

• Coordinate all post occupancy and annual service with homeowners
• Schedule all post occupancy work with trade vendors to completion
• Track and moderate all outstanding tasks
• Communicate and assist field technicians with service appointments and tasks
• Populate and maintain service tickets, spreadsheets and software
• Attend regular meetings to review service progress
• Provide regular reporting to management
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management.
