Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking a Senior Warehouse Material Handler to maintain a clean, organized and safe environment while ensuring timely service to internal and external customers. You will participate in the daily tasks of the warehouse, including receiving, picking and executing material transactions in the ERP system.

You will help oversee inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, and compliance with safety policies, while supporting onboarding and coordination with Operations and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems for handling all inbound and outbound stock.
• Experience with auditing processes focusing on compliance, assets protection, security, quality control and labour utilization.
• Previous ERP system experience preferred (inventory transactions in any ERP).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities driven by customer demands.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel; JD Edwards/database knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operational plans on schedule.
• Verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing materials and documentation.
• Support shipping and receiving including loading/unloading for technicians.
• Administer inventory control, cycle counts, and order selection.
• Apply stock management, security, and asset protection best practices.
• Operate forklifts and handle materials up to 40 lbs safely.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and company policies.
• Provide guidance to other warehouse staff on processes and safety.
• Coordinate daily communications with Operations and subcontractors as needed.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members.
