Job summary

Ledcor Industrial is seeking a site-based Materials Coordinator to support project sites across Canada. You will coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, track inventories, and ensure timely deliveries for critical path activities.

You will interface with procurement, vendors, and field teams, verify materials against orders, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety and proper material handling practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in materials coordination, logistics, or warehouse operations in industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, especially mechanical or structural components.
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills.
  • Experience with inventory systems and documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety and proper material handling practices.
