You'll contribute to scaling a new design system and play a central role in transforming how users interact with collections tools.

Accountabilities:

• Lead design for the Collections module, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and US- and Israel-based teams.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to shape feature development with user needs at the forefront.
• Translate product vision into wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs aligned with business and user goals.
• Contribute to building and maintaining the company's evolving design system.
• Drive design processes in Agile sprints, ensuring delivery is on time and aligns with high-quality standards.
• Present your work to internal stakeholders and leadership, clearly articulating rationale and user impact.
• Foster a design-thinking mindset across the product and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience designing user-centric B2B or FinTech applications; experience with enterprise workflows is a plus.
• A strong portfolio with examples of system thinking, scalable design, and user workflow improvements.
• Proficiency in Figma (design and atomic systems), FigJam, and prototyping tools.
• Hands-on experience with research and testing tools such as Helio, Heap, and UserTesting.
• Expertise in collaborating in Agile environments with cross-functional teams from concept to release.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to present design work to various stakeholders.
