What You’ll Do at OnePlan

As a Full Stack Product Developer, you'll develop cutting-edge features for our AI-driven Project and Program Management (PPM) solutions. You’ll play a critical role in evolving our product, ensuring it stays ahead of the competition and meets user needs. This role combines technical expertise with creativity and strategic insight to drive product innovation.

Responsibilities include:

• Product Development & Innovation: Design, develop, and enhance features across our product offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends. Focus on creating intuitive, high-performance, scalable solutions that enhance business agility.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and other developers to create a seamless user experience and define technical requirements.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure high-quality code adhering to standards, conduct code reviews, and promote reliable, maintainable, scalable code production.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform testing and debugging to ensure smooth, error-free operation and product resilience.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on development trends, tools, and frameworks, bringing new ideas to improve our products.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years of experience in software development, especially in SaaS or enterprise products and UX.
• 4+ years experience with JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure services.
• Experience with object-oriented languages and database querying.
• Strong coding, debugging, algorithm, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative development.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI or machine learning.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles.
