As part of our growth in this high-tech market, Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is recruiting for a Credit and Collections Analyst in Waterloo.

Position Summary

Our Finance Team seeks an experienced full-time credit analyst to manage a designated portfolio of accounts and contribute to team goals within our shared services structure.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Provide consistent and accurate credit management of an assigned portfolio.
  2. Guide team members on account management, credit laws, etc.
  3. Manage accounts in compliance with internal policies and external laws.
  4. Resolve disputes promptly.
  5. Report material risk exposures to management as appropriate.
  6. Implement policies and procedures effectively.
  7. Support reporting templates for various business units for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including month-end close.
  8. Perform other duties/projects as assigned.


Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of commercial credit experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  • Highly analytical with sound business judgment, documentation skills, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments
  • Understanding of financial controls and procedures

Assets:

  • CCP designation or experience in a publicly traded environment
  • SAP and Oracle experience
  • Willingness to work overtime for reporting deadlines and global support
