Job summary

Wrapbook is seeking a Senior User Researcher for a 12-month maternity leave coverage. You will own the research strategy for a core product area, turning broad questions into clear learning plans and guiding decisions across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data.

You’ll lead discovery, usability testing, field research, and synthesis, shaping the customer understanding and aligning research with business OKRs. Remote in Canada; healthcare, benefits, and AI-enabled workflows are provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in user or product research.
• Experience leading mixed-method studies that influenced product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the research strategy and roadmap for a core product area.
• Frame questions into focused research plans and select appropriate methods.
• Lead mixed-method research across the product lifecycle.
• Turn findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Synthesize research with signals from analytics and feedback.
• Define success metrics and evaluate outcomes with teams.
