Job summary

Explorer, part of Savanta, is seeking a Senior Research Manager to lead Shopper Research projects from brief through delivery while managing client relationships. This role is based in Ontario, Canada, currently remote, with potential hybrid arrangements in the future.

You will design research components, oversee fieldwork and analysis, and bring data stories to life through compelling reports and presentations for high‑profile clients.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across the research lifecycle from brief to delivery.
• Ability to manage client relationships and projects end-to-end.
• Data analysis skills to generate actionable insights.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and coordinating projects.
