Wrapbook, the AI platform for production finance, is seeking a Senior User Researcher for a 12-month maternity leave coverage (remote in Canada). You will own research from framing to activation, guiding product decisions with clear, evidence-based insights.

You’ll lead mixed-method studies, synthesize findings across teams, and build reusable workflows that accelerate learning while protecting participant privacy. This role emphasizes collaboration and impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in user or product research influencing direction.
• Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience owning research from problem framing through activation.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills connecting multiple evidence sources.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the research strategy and roadmap for a core product area.
• Frame ambiguous questions into focused research plans using suitable methods.
