Granum is seeking a People & Culture Specialist for a 14‑month maternity leave coverage in a remote‑first environment across US and Canada. You will manage onboarding journeys, HR systems (Rippling, Lattice), and benefits, while enhancing processes and employee communications.

Ideal candidates are collaborative, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with tact. You’ll contribute to a supportive culture and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle from pre‑boarding to exit.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Independence and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting employees across US and Canada, in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR systems, benefits, and People & Culture guidance.
• Oversee onboarding, pre-boarding, changes, leave coordination, offboarding, and exit logistics.
• Administer Rippling and Lattice, including records and communications.
• Design scalable People Operations processes and automate workflows.
• Support benefits administration across US and Canada, coordinating with providers.
• Maintain up-to-date handbook content and policies.
