Verto People Ltd seeks a Senior UPS Field Service Engineer for field-based work across data centers and commercial sites in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, commissioning, and maintenance of three-phase UPS systems with strong diagnostic capability.

The position requires travel to customer sites, clear communication on technical issues, and mentoring junior technicians while ensuring reliability and safety on critical-power infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience with testing, commissioning, preventative maintenance and emergency repair on UPS systems.
• Strong component-level diagnostic skills for UPS equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out testing, commissioning, preventative maintenance and emergency repair work on three-phase UPS systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot UPS faults at component level, including IGBTs, battery strings and control boards.
• Support customers across data center, commercial and industrial sites.
• Work on-site in critical infrastructure environments where reliability and safety are essential.
• Travel across the Dallas-Fort Worth service territory, with broader regional travel as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers, site teams and service leadership during technical issues.
• Support junior technicians with technical knowledge and field-service best practices.
