Our client, a high-growth renewable energy company, is undergoing an exciting transformation within its finance function and is seeking a Treasury Manager / Senior Treasury Manager to help strengthen core treasury operations. Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role will be a key contributor in building scalable, reliable cash management and forecasting processes to support continued growth. You’ll join a collaborative team where “roll up your sleeves” is the norm, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands‑on treasury administration with process improvement in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance cash flow forecasting processes to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Oversee day-to-day treasury administration activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor cash positions and support routine cash management activities
• Contribute to improving treasury workflows and finance processes as part of the broader transformation initiative
• Prepare treasury-related reporting and materials for finance leadership as required
• Support ad hoc treasury and cash management initiatives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
