Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or corporate banking sales.
• Strong knowledge of cash management products and trends.
• Proven client advisory, sales and relationship management experience.
• Demonstrated project management, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and drive revenue growth within a client portfolio.
• Serve as the single point of contact through end-to-end onboarding.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to plan annual reviews.
• Provide tailored advice on cash management solutions.
• Lead with a growth mindset to maximize client acquisition.
• Present RBC’s solutions and refer to partners to meet broader needs.
