Job summary

Cardinal Health Canada is seeking a Sr. Coordinator to join the on-site Applewood-Vaughan team. You will handle day-to-day dispatch for the private fleet, monitor e-logs for ministry compliance, and schedule drivers and equipment.

The role is located at 300 Applewood Crescent, Concord, ON, with hours from 11:30am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday. The incumbent will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, manage emails for NSC and Applewood, and coordinate private fleet operations while

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field (commercial carriers or private fleet).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, One Note).
• Prior experience with JD Edwards (AS/400) and SAP considered an asset.

Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking an on-site Sr. Coordinator for an immediate need within our Applewood-Vaughan location The Sr. Coordinator is a part of the Concord Transportation Dispatch team and responsible for the day-to-day dispatching and private fleet of our private fleet driving team, monitoring e-logs for ministry compliance, Driver and equipment scheduling and other various private fleet dispatching responsibilities.

This Job might be for you if:

• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field (commercial carriers or private fleet), preferred Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, One Note)
• Prior experience with JD Edwards (AS/400), SAP considered an asset
• Team-oriented, committed, driven, assertive, curious and self-directed
• Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, adaptable to change and able to reprioritize on short notice
