Job summary

Cardinal Health Concord Distribution Centre is seeking a warehouse associate to receive and stock medical products and fulfill orders for health care facilities, supporting our operations team during a 6-month contract.

The role offers a 24-hour-per-week schedule (Sun, Mon, Wed, 10:45pm–7:00am) with on-site duties at 300 Applewood Crescent, Concord, ON. Training is provided and safety guidelines apply. CAD 17.60 hourly rate and a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork are key.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, preferred.
• Comfortable with lifting 10lbs - 30lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Machine operations and RF scanners experience, preferred.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and being active while working.
• Attention to detail while producing work with high accuracy.
• Work in a team environment where strong communication skills and quality control are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations
• Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received
• Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided
• Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling
• Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies
• Ensure a clean and orderly working environment to improve overall efficiency of operations
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives

Working hours are 24 hours per week
