Job summary

Loblaw in Canada is seeking a Senior Analyst, Transport Systems & Processes to lead the implementation and sustainment of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related offshore solutions within our Supply Chain team. You will partner with Transport Planning, IT and vendors to translate business requirements into practical system and process improvements.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Transportation, Supply Chain Ops, or related projects.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and offshore systems is an asset.
Strong understanding of transportation planning and operations and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Transportation Systems Implementation: support and own workstreams for TMS and Offshore apps.
Business & Systems Analysis: translate requirements into functional specs and stories.
Project & Agile Delivery: support delivery and facilitate scrum ceremonies.
Backlog & User Story Management: refine and prioritize stories with stakeholders.
Testing & Deployment: coordinate QA, SIT, UAT and readiness activities.
Change Management: plan go-live and drive adoption across operations.
Application Support & Sustainment: liaise with IT to manage system issues.
Process Improvement: identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Stakeholder Communication: provide status updates to leadership and teams.
Training & Knowledge Transfer: develop docs and train SMEs and end users.
