Job summary

LCBO is seeking an onsite Senior Supply Chain Analytics professional in Toronto to build and refine reports and dashboards, driving actionable insights for multiple stakeholders. The role emphasizes data integrity, audits, and continuous improvement across supply chain and logistics operations.

You will travel within the GTA, collaborate with teams, and leverage Excel, Power BI, ROC, SCMe and Elite to analyze performance and support cost reductions and service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
• Experience with ROC, SCMe and Elite is an asset.
• General experience in supply chain and logistics operations.
• Able to travel within the GTA.
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct vendor and site audits, inspections, and compliance observations; recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor data streams and operational reports to identify trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and lead initiatives for accurate and reliable reporting.
• Perform advanced analytics, including process mapping, simulation, benchmarking, and scorecard development.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer service.
• Present findings and recommendations through briefing notes, reports, and executive presentations.
