Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Team Lead, Domestic Execution to guide a fast-paced team supporting Canada's transportation network. You will oversee Inbound Rail Operations, Vendor Services, Business Analysis, and P44 Movement Superuser Support.

This role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and data-driven decision making, with responsibilities spanning coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize service across stores, carriers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, transportation, logistics, rail ops, or vendor management.
• Experience with transportation visibility platforms or TMS/OT solutions.
• Records of process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
• Analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging tech for ops improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for Inbound Rail Operations, Vendor Services, Business Analysis, and P44 Movement Superuser support.
• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations ensuring efficient inbound freight movement.
• Act as business lead for transportation visibility, driving platform adoption and data quality.
• Build strong relationships with rail providers, carriers, vendors, and partners to resolve issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and automate processes.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and increase visibility.
• Provide leadership for business analysis activities including process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Develop and improve operational reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders and resources.
• Promote accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
