Job summary

LRO Staffing in Ontario is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for Major Transit projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep complex infrastructure projects on schedule and moving forward.

The role involves coordinating processes, people, and information across stakeholders; supporting project controls, scheduling, cost management, and reporting, with growth toward project leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Major Transit and Civil projects.
• Experience working for a General Contractor on large civil or transit projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and bring teams together.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
• Builds strong client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Committed to safety, quality and project performance.
• Experience supporting project controls, scheduling, cost management, contract administration and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Identifies challenges early and develops practical solutions.
• Exposure to transit infrastructure, station work, trackwork or cladding projects.
