Ledcor is seeking an experienced Scheduler for a major GO Transit project in a site-based role in Markham, Ontario. The position focuses on developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating with construction, engineering, and subcontractor teams to align on objectives and execution strategies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project controls, strong CP analysis skills, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera P6, Excel, and 3D planning tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Scheduler/Planner/Project Controls within construction.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related field preferred.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure, transit, civil, industrial or commercial projects $15M+.
• Experience supporting Metrolinx transit infrastructure projects highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Metrolinx standards, scheduling, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience developing/managing work packages and leading planning initiatives on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling principles, project controls methodologies, and CP analysis.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed project schedules from startup through closeout.
• Track progress, analyze data, monitor critical path, and report impacts to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to baseline schedules and provide timely reporting.
• Lead development and auditing of FIWPs to support project execution.
• Analyze milestones, deliverables, and financial deadlines; assess schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with project, construction, engineering and subcontractor teams on objectives.
• Support startup/closeout activities, turnover docs, warranty packages, site demobilization.
• Coordinate with safety and project teams to ensure compliance with standards.
