Job summary

Arup's Toronto Architecture team is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our growing Transit and Infrastructure practice. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of major public infrastructure projects, including transit stations, transportation facilities, and complex retrofit programs that improve mobility and enhance communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Experience delivering major transit, transportation, infrastructure, retrofit, or public-sector projects.
• Working knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural design and technical delivery for transit and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to develop integrated design solutions.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, details, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members while contributing to technical excellence.
• Support project planning, quality management, and design reviews.
