Job summary

Arcadis Toronto Studio is seeking an Intermediate Landscape Architect or Landscape Architectural Technologist to join our team, supporting the delivery of GTA transit infrastructure projects with an immediate focus on the Hazel McCallion Line LRT. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to both design production and construction administration services.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Architectural Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably infrastructure/transit projects.
• Experience on large transit/rail/municipal projects is a plus.
• Experience producing contract documents, plans, details, specs and quantities.
• Proficient in MicroStation and AutoCAD; Civil 3D is an asset.
• Willingness to conduct regular site visits across the GTA and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical design drawings, construction documents and specs for major infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with civil, utilities, transportation, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support contract administration activities during construction.
• Review construction progress, perform site inspections, and prepare field review reports.
• Assist with shop drawing reviews, RFIs, and deficiency tracking.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with municipal standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and client presentations.
