National Bank of Canada is seeking a Senior Analyst in Trading Support & Client Onboarding to deliver high-touch onboarding, KYC updates, and client service for institutional clients in a hybrid Toronto setting.

You will collaborate with traders, sales, and technology teams to support multiple trading desks, manage risk, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and optimal client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics and three years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Capital Markets; Master's degree or CFA preferred.
• Experience in middle office / trade support / brokerage services with a strong understanding of equity & derivative products, trade lifecycle & risk management principles.
• Completion of CSC, CPH and CIRO licensing within 6 months; Options Licensing Course (OLC) and FINRA within a year.
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with Traders, Sales, and Technology Support teams across Institutional Equities, Options, ETF Market Making, Electronic Trading & Program Trading, Financial Products, Equity Capital Markets, and Risk Management Solutions.
• Provide excellent client service and share market expertise with large institutional clients.
• Understand risk management processes, investment strategies, and product implications for client portfolios.
• Coordinate day-to-day client activities with internal partners including Trading Desks, Fixed Income, Legal, Compliance, Cash Management, FX, and Risk.
• Lead client meetings, identify issues, and deliver efficient solutions.
