Job summary

RBC in Toronto seeks a Senior Business Analyst and TLM Support Manager to lead enterprise-wide reconciliation initiatives using SmartStream TLM. You will drive end-to-end transformations across RBC units, combining business analysis, process management and BI to optimize controls and reduce costs.

You will mentor teams, define governance, and ensure regulatory alignment while delivering scalable reconciliation solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business analysis experience delivering large-scale initiatives.
• Deep understanding of reconciliation processes and financial controls.
• Experience leading end-to-end financial services transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
• Strong data mapping and source-to-target data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide reconciliation initiatives across RBC business units.
• Design future-state reconciliation solutions to reduce costs and improve controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change.
• Architect FiBRS and static data configurations for onboarding/off-boarding.
• Provide technical leadership in data transformation and ETL design.
