Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive requirements for the ePM suite, collaborating with IT, Finance, Change Management, and Compliance to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You will lead discovery sessions, manage scope, facilitate testing cycles, develop effort estimates, and identify AI-driven opportunities to streamline requirements and analytics, ensuring high quality deliverables and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, IT or related field.
• Strong data and business analysis skills for workflows and specifications.
• Minimum 7 years as Lead/BS Analyst for Finance solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Systems analysis across multiple projects and priorities affecting the ePM suite.
• Analyse and Document Business and Functional requirements for enhancements.
• Lead collaborative sessions with stakeholders to drive requirements discovery and review.
• Anticipate, manage and prevent scope creep.
• Coordinate with Development to ensure proper understanding and execution of requirements.
