Job summary

You will define strategy, lead execution, and partner across business and technology to deliver measurable business value through modern data capabilities.

Responsibilities include leading transformation, driving data quality and governance, establishing KPIs, and mentoring teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of Capital Markets experience.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams.
