Senior TLM Developer – Reconciliations Specialist

Job summary

HSBC Global Services (Canada) Limited, operating in Toronto, seeks an experienced Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Developer to configure and enhance TLM capabilities and progress changes to UAT readiness within a DevOps model.

You will deliver reconciliations, customize UI/workflows, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure stable production outcomes and high-quality deliveries in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM Premium and related tools.
• Proven end-to-end reconciliation delivery using SmartStream or similar.
• Ability to customize UI, workflows, and DB structures for upgrades.
• Experience with large codebases and UAT readiness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TLM development and rotate production support in a DevOps model.
• Build and enhance reconciliations across intersystem trades and cash flows.
• Configure TLM UI screens, workflows, and DB structures for version changes.
• Create CT packages and move changes through testing to UAT readiness.
• Design and maintain TLM schemas using Smart Schema.
• Update TLM Control configurations for upgrades.
• Develop SQL/PLSQL solutions for reconciliation processing.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, delivery managers, architects, and offshore teams.
