Job summary
HSBC Global Services Limited in Canada seeks an experienced Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) Developer to join MSS Information Technology. The role focuses on configuring and enhancing TLM capabilities on the SmartStream platform within a banking environment, with rotational production support in a DevOps setup.
You will collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to ensure UAT readiness, adopt Agile delivery practices, and drive stable production outcomes through high-quality
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM Premium and related tools.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end reconciliations using the SmartStream/toolset.
- Experience configuring interfaces, workflows and databases for TLM upgrades.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL skills in reconciliation processing and platform improvements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver SmartStream TLM development and rotational production support in a DevOps model.
- Build and enhance reconciliations across trades, cash, cash balance, and stock positions.
- Configure TLM UI screens, workflows, and database structures for version changes.
- Create CT packages and deploy changes through testing to UAT readiness.
- Design and maintain TLM schemas using Smart Schema.
- Update TLM Control configurations for upgrade-related changes.
- Develop SQL/PLSQL solutions to support reconciliation processing.
- Collaborate with IT leadership, delivery managers, architects, product owners, offshore teams, and vendors.
