Overview

Job Title: Techno Functional TLM Specialist / TLM Technical Lead

Mississauga, Canada – WFO – 2/3 days a week

Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced TLM professional with strong expertise in TLM 3.3 and proven experience in TLM upgrade and migration projects. The role involves design, implementation, customization, and support of TLM solutions across transaction processing and payment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support TLM 3.3 implementation, upgrade, and migration initiatives.
• Analyze existing TLM landscapes and define upgrade/migration strategies with minimal business impact.
• Configure and customize TLM modules, adapters, rules, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve TLM-related issues across SIT/UAT/Production environments.
• Collaborate with business, middleware, and infrastructure teams during migrations.
• Ensure compliance with performance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Support testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with TLM 3.3.
• Proven track record in TLM upgrade and migration projects.
• Good understanding of transaction processing, payments, and reconciliation flows.
• Experience with Unix/Linux, SQL, and batch processing.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and upstream/downstream systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to performance tuning and production support.
• Experience working in onsite–offshore or client-facing delivery models.
