Trolley is seeking a Senior Technical Support & Success Manager to join our hybrid team across Montréal, Toronto, or Halifax. You will own high-impact customer relationships, troubleshoot API and integration challenges, and partner with Product and Engineering to drive platform adoption and satisfaction.

This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong communication, and a passion for helping customers realize value from our payouts platform.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in Customer Success or technical SaaS support.
• Strong background in handling enterprise B2B software.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot APIs and integrations.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Troubleshoot complex product, integration, and API issues as a Level 2 resource.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve customer issues and relay feedback.
