Job summary

Trolley is the payouts platform enabling global payments for creators, on-demand workers, and suppliers. We seek an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own strategic relationships in a hybrid role based in Montréal, QC, Toronto, ON, or Halifax, NS.

You will partner with customers to unlock value, drive onboarding and adoption, and collaborate with product and support to resolve issues, while identifying upsell opportunities to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive customer-facing account management experience.
• 5+ years in Customer Success in B2B SaaS/Software managing large mid-market accounts.
• Strong initiative, professionalism and ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-value customers as their strategic partner.
• Deliver world-class customer experience and advocate for the value of our solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for their success.
• Become a solution expert to instill confidence in our products.
• Understand customer workflows to provide tailored guidance.
• Lead enablement sessions on new and existing features.
• Drive engagement across stakeholders and monitor KPIs with quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with support, product and internal teams to resolve issues and champion product improvements.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
