Job summary

ReapAir Compressor Services, a division of Inter-Power Group, seeks a Senior Technical Sales Representative to drive growth across Southern Ontario. This role will cover a flexible territory, including Southwestern Ontario and the Niagara region, engaging existing and new clients with tailored technical proposals.

You will collaborate with Service and Parts teams, manage CRM data, and travel as required. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial equipment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B technical sales experience (preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing).
• Experience in compressed air systems, rotating equipment, or a technical/mechanical sales environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrial/commercial client needs and sales cycles.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in the industrial compressed air sector.
• Prepare and present tailored technical proposals and quotations to clients.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customers’ business needs and future requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients in alignment with company guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Service and Parts teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and activities in CRM systems.
• Attend trade shows, site visits, and other client-facing events as required.
• Support the Sales team in achieving broader company goals as needed.
